Insurance & Signature Confirmation

all orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure the safe receipt of your package.
If you are unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, you may be required to coordinate pickup or redelivery directly with the carrier. NACÍO is not responsible for packages delayed or held due to unsuccessful delivery attempts related to signature requirements.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. NACÍO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees to be re-sent.
