All products offered by NACÍO are pre-owned, vintage, or previously handled luxury goods, unless expressly stated otherwise. As such, products may exhibit signs of prior use, wear, aging, or patina consistent with their history. Descriptions, measurements, and photographs are provided in good faith and are intended to be as accurate as possible.

Any flaws visible to the naked eye are meticulously documented through high-resolution photography and internal video records prior to listing. However, these descriptions are not guarantees, and minor variations or imperfections shall not be deemed defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. Availability of products is not guaranteed, and NACÍO reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at its sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. NACÍO accepts payment methods made available through its checkout platform. In the event of an order cancellation after payment has been processed, NACÍO’s sole obligation shall be to issue a refund to the original form of payment, excluding any non-refundable fees charged by third-party payment processors.

NACÍO reserves the right to pursue any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes to the fullest extent of the law. This includes reporting incidents to the relevant authorities and seeking recovery of the transaction amount plus all associated legal and processing fees.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser. To ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims, NACÍO records a continuous, timestamped video of the entire packaging and sealing process for every outgoing order. This documentation serves as the definitive record of the item's condition and the contents of the package at the time of dispatch.

NACÍO is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or errors caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a dispute regarding the contents or condition of a shipment, NACÍO’s internal packaging video shall serve as the primary and definitive evidence of fulfillment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All purchases made through the website are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. While NACÍO generally operates on a high-standard curation model, we offer a limited return window subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to a 25% restocking fee, the presence of original security tags, and successful verification via Entrupy Fingerprinting.

Outside of the specific provisions outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales are considered final. Claims regarding material misrepresentation must be submitted in writing to info@nacioofficial.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must be supported by photographic evidence. NACÍO reserves sole discretion in determining the validity of any such claim based on our internal documentation.

7. Authenticity Disclaimer

NACÍO guarantees that all items sold are authentic to the best of our knowledge and inspection. Certain items may be authenticated through independent third-party services.

NACÍO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand sold on this website. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of NACÍO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NACÍO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the purchase of any products.

In no event shall NACÍO’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
